Customers are permitted to rescind their orders within a period of 2 hours starting from the moment the order was placed, and they will incur no penalty or charge. After the 2-hour window has elapsed, the request to withdraw the order may be denied, as the operational and shipping processes may have already commenced.

For orders that were prepaid and successfully cancelled within the established acceptance timeframe, the corresponding reimbursement will be issued back to the original funding source within 7 to 10 business days.
Florzy reserves the absolute authority to void any transaction due to factors beyond our control, which include, but are not limited to, the temporary or permanent unavailability of a product, inaccuracies in pricing, or concerns flagged by our internal fraud prevention unit. Should an order be revoked by our operations team, the affected customer will be informed promptly via either email or telephone, and a complete reimbursement will be processed immediately.
If the cancellation is initiated by our side, the full refund amount will be returned to the original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
The ability to remove certain items from an existing order (partial cancellation) will depend entirely on the specific product and its current fulfillment status. Please reach out to customer support for guidance and assistance with these adjustments.
If a request for partial cancellation is deemed eligible, the refund for the removed items will be processed and credited back to the initial payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
